Follow the rules and guidelines to ensure a smooth and fair competition:
Shortlisted teams will be required to pay Rs. 120 as the event fee.
Teams must have a team leader who will be the primary point of contact. Only They must fill the registration form. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Your idea can be based on the following themes, but we encourage you to think outside the box:
Screening Round:
A screening round will be conducted before the event starts which will shortlist teams based on the abstract provided and the team composition. Shortlisted Teams will receive a confirmation mail on their respective mail-ids which will be required in the during the physical registration of the event. Last date of registration is 5:00 PM, 20 Sep 2025, and the screening round results will be declared on 21 Sep 2025.
Elimination Round:
On event day, qualified teams will pitch their ideas to evaluators. Based on presentations, selected teams advance to the final round, scheduled in the afternoon
Final Evaluation:
Final teams will present an improved version of their idea and pitch again.
